| I just ask because the posts on the forum here are very old. I'm considering purchasing this product....like it a lot (despite a couple glitches)....but do not want to spend money if it's not an ongoing concern.

| We are most definitely an ongoing concern. Most of our customers seem to prefer using email as a way of resolving issues.
