I'm using 2.0.1081.36078 on windows xp (and Samsung BlackJackII)

Creating and modifying hierarchical lists (the reason I'm interested in your product) is very flaky. Lists disappear and reappear. It's so bad at this point, I can't trust the product and have to resort to using Microsoft Word to keep my lists.

Speaking of which -- it'd be nice to have an export to word option.

just sharing a work around. It appears that once a list is hosed -- it's hosed. So I created new list, put the hierarchical items on it -- and then deleted the corrupt list.

Seems to be working at the moment.

But -- this is going to be a real hassle going forward as I have deep lists.

Are you experiencing the issue on the desktop or mobile device? When you say, "hosed," what exactly is happening?

"Hosed" as in:
- items you put in list disappear
- then reappear
- then disappear sometimes forever
- sometimes causing the application to terminate

It's on the windows xp client, not the phone....but syncing a hosed list results in very "interesting" results. repetitions of the same list item multiple times....missing list items.

I have a hosed list right now. would be happy to send you the file...but am not sure where the lists are actually stored.

Does the list get corrupted during a sync or simply when working with it on the desktop?
