| Hi,
I haven't accessed the list manager on my desktop for a while. It is requesting a password. Quite honestly I don't even remember setting one.
Is there anyway of finding out what this is? If not I guess I'll have to re-install. If I do re-install can I then just set up the link to my Smartphone so that the lists currently stored on the phone can be sync'd to the desktop?

| | There is indeed a way to find out your password. The password being requested on the desktop is the one that you set on your mobile device. To view the password, launch List Manager on your mobile device, and select the Options | Program Options | Register menu item. Your password is displayed on the Registration screen. Note: If you have added more than one user to your desktop version of List Manager, make sure you select the proper user before attempting to log in.

| | Hey, I am also having problems with my password. I however have placed the password in the Icon title so I would not forget it. I then follow your directions ( Options | Program Options | Register menu item ) and it is blank. So how can i get into List Manager? Thank you,

| In the previous version of List Manager, we displayed the password on the registration screen (on the mobile device). This was not so secure if your device should fall into the hands of evil doers  . There is no way to see your password - you must remember it. If you should forget your password, we can reset it provided you can answer a few questions to verify that you are who you say you are.
